Terms of Use for freebies offered by Dani McDaniel on Anidan Design

All the downloads provided by Anidan Design are under copyright protection. Though you can download them and use them in your designs, you can never call them “your own”. Here are few things to keep in mind when using anything you download from this site:

What you can do with my freebies

• Use them in your designs. Use them in anything design related. Whether you are building a web site or designing for print all of the downloads on this site can be used for these purposes. (If its something kick ass you should post it in the Anidan Design Flickr group and let me check it out!)
• Use them for commercial or personal projects. I don’t mind if you happen to be selling what you are designing with my freebies but I will always take a shout out

What you can’t do with my freebies

• Offer my downloads on another site. Use my downloads freely but do not under any circumstances download them from here and upload them to your site or any other site (i.e. file sharing sites, etc.) for others to download. If you would like to share my downloads please link back to them here.
• Sell my downloads. I know you would never do that… right? Just in case your tempted… please do not sell, alter and sell, or anything else related to the selling of my downloads for your profit (this includes stock sites), I gave them to you for free remember? Have some respect…
• Copy anything!. If you like an article or download on this site, you are welcome to describe my article and point your readers to my site. Beyond that, just don’t do it! It is so easy to find copied material on the web, you would be silly to even try…

Terms of Use for Design Services offered by Dani McDaniel on Anidan Design

• I may not be able to respond to initial quote emails or contact right away and my response may take up to 48hrs+.
• 50% Payment is required upfront with the final 50% remaining due before delivery of files. If payment is under $100 I require full payment upfront.
• I prefer Paypal but if payment by check is required a $15 fee will be added to total amount.
• Payment of services is due upon invoice receipt. After 7 days I will consider your payment to be late and will require a 15% late fee to be included in final payment.
• I have the right to change or add to these terms at any time.
• Additional terms may be included with contract.
